Exhibitor Pricing and Details

Each booth will be 8’ x 8’

            $236.25 non-profit booth located inside the gym ($225 + GST)
(please note, corner booths are not eligible for non-profit rate)
            $262.50 regular booth ($250 + GST)
            $288.75 corner booth ($275 + GST)
            $157.50 non-profit table only located in the hallway ($150 + GST)

 

Booths are selected on a first come, first served basis.

Note: This year we will not be providing professionally piped and draped booths.

Please bring stand-alone signage and a covering for your table.

 

Exhibitors who have requested power access must bring a power bar and an extension cord.

    • 1-6’ table
    • 2 chairs
    • On site parking
    • Coffee and snacks
    • Security provided Wednesday night through until Friday at 8:30 a.m.
    • Wireless internet available throughout Red Deer Polytechnic
    • CATCA event site (SCHED) allows you to promote your booth details
    • Access to CATCA hospitality suite at the host hotel

    • Power ($35)
    • Extra Tables ($20)

Hours of Operation:

Wednesday, February 18, 2026: Move in and set up from 12:00 p.m. until 8 p.m.

Thursday February 19, 2026: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Friday, February 20, 2026: 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (All exhibits will remain open until 1:30 p.m.)

Friday, February 20, 2026: take down and move out 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
